Job Title: Senior Project Manager

A Senior Project Manager at Ironhouse will oversee and coordinate the management of specific project tasks, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. This role involves coordinating activities with various stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects with diverse team members
  • Collaborate with clients, business development staff, managers, and engineers to coordinate project designs
  • Identify business opportunities with existing clients and new prospects
  • Prepare engineering, equipment, and EPC proposals and fee estimates
  • Prepare management reports for internal and external use
  • Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and personnel
  • Provide technical insight for alternate solutions to projects and project execution
  • Utilize basic engineering principles and practical design solutions for scope development
  • Quality control of projects managed and peer review if required
  • Manage billing of projects and coordinate with AP/AR
  • Time management to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Work with sub-consultant(s) to coordinate trades
  • Attend job meetings & coordinate activities as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Complete and submit weekly paperwork (e.g. Timesheets, Expense Reports, etc.)
Requirements:
  • Project Management and Leadership skills
  • Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding initiative, a well-organized and strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent computer knowledge and skills using Microsoft Office applications are required
  • Experience with scheduling software is preferred (MS Project and/or Primavera/P6)
