Role Overview:

The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and improving manufacturing efficiency. This includes:

  • Updating and reviewing Quality System procedures in accordance with AS 9100/ISO 9001 standards.
  • Conducting internal audits and supplier evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze processes and implement enhancements.
  • Engaging in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address quality issues.
  • Interacting with customers and suppliers to resolve quality-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revise Quality System documentation, including validation protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform internal audits and document findings to drive quality improvements.
  • Manage supplier quality assessments and track supplier performance.
  • Analyze quality data and propose actionable improvements to management.
  • Support team members and collaborate with design engineers to ensure seamless production processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
