We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Facilities Coordinator to become a vital part of our team at one of our professionally managed student housing communities.
Key Responsibilities:
The following responsibilities are indicative of the tasks typically performed by the
Lead Facilities Coordinator:
- Evaluate and prioritize all maintenance tasks on the assigned property, ensuring an adequate inventory of tools and materials.
- Develop and manage daily work schedules for maintenance activities while ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Communicate any issues or concerns to the Property Manager and maintain a thorough understanding of all utility systems and supply lines.
- Assist the Property Manager in coordinating renovations and updates to units.
- Execute all necessary maintenance tasks, including painting and cleaning, to prepare units for occupancy.
- Oversee snow removal operations and maintain all related equipment.
- Implement and uphold preventative maintenance protocols, collaborating with the Property Manager to adhere to budgetary guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property and address any emergency situations, reporting all incidents to the Property Manager.
- Facilitate monthly meetings with site staff to discuss safety, organization, training, and policy updates.
- Ensure after-hours coverage is arranged as needed.

Work Schedule:
Full Time - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with weekend on-call availability as required)
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull as necessary.
Educational Background:
Associate's Degree or relevant work experience.
Experience Required:
2-5+ years in residential property management.
Certifications:
HVAC certification preferred.
