Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Signal and Power Integrity Engineer. The successful candidate will be part of a team of engineers dedicated to providing exceptional customer application support. This role necessitates a strategic approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the organization. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the performance, reliability, and signal integrity of our products, fulfilling the rigorous requirements of our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver expert technical assistance to clients regarding signal and power integrity challenges associated with our interconnect products.
  2. Evaluate customer designs and propose optimal solutions for signal integrity and power delivery issues.
  3. Design and conduct training workshops and webinars focused on signal and power integrity best practices and our product offerings.
  4. Work in conjunction with other departments to propel projects and initiatives forward.
  5. Support fellow team members, promoting a positive and productive work atmosphere.
  6. Assist the sales team in technical discussions with clients and provide pre-sales support to showcase the value of our products.
  7. Create and present technical presentations and demonstrations to emphasize the advantages and unique features of our interconnect solutions.
  8. Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences with our products and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  9. Relay customer requirements and feedback to the engineering team to inform product development and improvements.
  10. Stay informed about the latest advancements in signal and power integrity technologies and integrate them into your customer support strategies.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  2. 7+ years of experience in Signal and Power Integrity.
  3. Strong grasp of signal and power integrity principles and practices.
  4. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  5. Proficiency in simulation tools such as Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS, or similar software.
  6. Hands-on experience with high-speed measurement tools and techniques.
  7. Capability to think strategically and make decisions based on data.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience in customer support and managing client relationships.
  3. Familiarity with the latest industry trends and standards in Signal and Power Integrity.
Working Conditions:
  1. This position may require occasional travel to meet with clients.
  2. Flexible working arrangements are available, including remote work, based on project needs and team coordination.
