Job Summary

Providence is seeking a skilled Mental Health Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, you will provide therapeutic counseling interventions and psycho-education to patients and their families on an outpatient basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient strengths and areas for improvement
  • Provide counseling and therapy sessions to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Experience in family counseling or therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
