Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at our hospital in Alaska. As a member of our outpatient treatment program, you will provide integrated substance use and behavioral health services to individuals and their families struggling with addiction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field, including Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Alaska Clinical Licensure in a designated field within four years of hire.
  • Additional qualifications for Clinician II: two years of supervised clinical work experience or two years of post-graduate clinical experience.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $64,106.95 to $96,160.42.
  • Relocation assistance: up to $20,000 negotiable.
  • Sign-on bonus: up to 10% of salary negotiable.
  • Retention bonus: 10% of annual salary at two-year mark.

  • Guaranteed annual base increase up to 5% depending on inflation.
