Job Opportunity

Code Red Consultants is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to support our day-to-day operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage phone calls, correspondence, and reception duties to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist project managers and engineers with administrative tasks, including data collection, invoice follow-ups, and client communication.
  • Ensure accurate project and client data is maintained in our systems.
  • Prepare RFQ documents and update the qualifications database with resumes and project lists.
  • Provide administrative support to business operations staff and assist with office events and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the AEC or professional services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam, with knowledge of Adobe InDesign a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with different personalities.
  • Demonstrated initiative, discretion, and personal judgment.
Work Environment:

In-office with some remote work as approved.
