We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Corporate Team. This role will involve:
- Assisting in the management of financial records across various corporate departments, including month-end closing entries, account reconciliations, and daily cash management.
- Supporting the preparation and ongoing management of allocations to operating entities.
- Providing assistance with consolidation reporting and fixed asset management software.
- Preparing schedules for both internal and external reporting requirements.
- Contributing to projects that support our Corporate Finance Team, including compliance testing and inventory management.
- Managing banking administration tasks, including documentation for new accounts and changes in signatory authority.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in financial accounting is preferred.
- A strong work ethic, with a willingness to dedicate time and effort as needed.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP reporting tools is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
- A keen attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
