Job Summary

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team in Annandale, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Administer contrast media and other medications as required.
  • Position patients for optimal image capture and ensure patient comfort and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and imaging results.
Requirements
  • Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Basic Life Support certification required.
  • Must obtain CT Certification within one year of acceptance.
  • Licensed Radiologic Technologist within 12 months.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiography.
