The initial point of contact for our guests is a member of our Front of House team. This role is crucial as it involves greeting guests, taking their orders, providing attentive service, and assisting them throughout their dining experience. With numerous dining options available, we continuously seek talented individuals who can create a welcoming environment that encourages guests to return.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding guest service and warmly greet guests upon their arrival.
  • Listen attentively to guests, accurately take their orders, suggest menu items, and efficiently handle transactions.
  • Utilize the company's point of sale system to process orders.
  • Adhere to proper cash handling protocols.
  • Extend a warm farewell to departing guests, inviting them to return.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of menu offerings, ingredients, and current promotions.
  • Answer phone inquiries to assist guests with questions and take-out orders.
  • Address guest complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Comply with all company, local, state, and federal regulations regarding alcohol service.
  • Ensure a clean and well-stocked work environment.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
