The initial point of contact for our guests is a member of our Front of House team. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service and warmly greet guests upon their arrival.

- Utilize the company's point of sale system to process orders.
- Adhere to proper cash handling protocols.
- Extend a warm farewell to departing guests, inviting them to return.

- Answer phone inquiries to assist guests with questions and take-out orders.
- Address guest complaints professionally and effectively.
- Comply with all company, local, state, and federal regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Ensure a clean and well-stocked work environment.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
