Member Services Representative

At Taymax Group, we're committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for our members. As a Member Services Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
  • Handle front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members in, and assisting with tours and sign-ups
  • Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, including completing daily tasks and assisting with special cleaning projects
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, upbeat attitude and passion for fitness and health
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers
Physical Demands:
  • Continual standing and walking during shift
  • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
