About the Role

As an Executive Support Specialist at AppleOne, you will provide high-level administrative assistance to a senior executive. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the executive's schedule, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and documents for meetings.
  • Handle correspondence on behalf of the executive, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
