About Us

LaForce, a leading provider of doors, hardware, and building solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales Development Specialist to join our team at our Green Bay location. The Opportunity

We are looking for a results-driven professional with 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, construction, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and possess strong analytical thinking, mathematical aptitude, and communication skills. This role requires the ability to evaluate bids, interpret technical documents, and make strategic decisions that impact both clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze bids and develop winning strategies to ensure project margins align with company goals
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with general contractors to position LaForce as their trusted resource
  • Scope out work, follow up on quotes, and research new projects to maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities
  • Provide technical solutions to field challenges and attend industry meetings and events to showcase LaForce's reputation for excellence

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary: $**65,000 - $85,000 per year**, depending on experience
