Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $25.00 per hour, with opportunities for additional compensation in the form of premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Job Description
As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for assisting management with the supervision of associates in assigned areas of responsibility. This includes assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
You will also provide guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology, assist with transactions using registers or self-checkout areas, and ensure club pick-up orders are filled.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires 6 months of retail experience, including operating front-end equipment, and 6 months of customer service experience. You must be at least 18 years old and possess strong communication and leadership skills.
