About the Role

This position is located at our Little Rock, AR office and requires a hybrid work arrangement, with 3-4 days on-site and 1-2 days remote. Selected candidates must be able to report to the office location.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
