Microchip Technologist Role

We are seeking a skilled Microchip Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough testing and fault isolation on electronic circuits, timing solutions, logic systems, and electro-mechanical assemblies
  • Leverage advanced manufacturing, test, development, or diagnostic equipment, including test programs, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and other specialized test apparatus
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize testing and quality processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in electronic test operations or a related field
  • Excellent understanding of electronics assembly, testing, and soldering principles
  • Ability to read and understand complex technical documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and engineering plans
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
