Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Specialist to join our team at AllSTEM Connections. As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in addressing customer equipment maintenance and repair needs.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $53,760 based on an hourly rate of $26.00 with 1.5x overtime pay.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Calibrating electronic equipment to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Developing troubleshooting and repair skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Supporting customer calibration and maintenance of micro contamination monitoring equipment.
  • Researching customer problems and complaints to provide effective solutions.
  • Serving as a liaison between customers and various departments to ensure seamless communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • An Associate's Degree in Electronics or military equivalent experience.
  • The ability to read schematics in English.
  • Knowledge of A/D and D/A converters, microprocessors, analog and digital circuits.
  • Knowledge of helium neon lasers and collecting and condensing optics (optional).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Some travel required.
  • The physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
