We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Cassena Care in Norwalk. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the nutritional care of assigned residents, adhering to facility policies and NYS DOH regulations.
  • Conduct nutrition assessments, food preference intakes, and meal rounds to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Attend care plan and pertinent meetings to stay informed and contribute to resident care.
  • Report to the Food Service Director and perform additional assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • BS degree in Nutrition or related field.
  • Active Registered Dietitian or CDN licensure.
  • Experience in long-term care or sub-acute care facilities.
  • Computer literacy with EMR experience a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
