Reservations and Guest Care
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reservations and Guest Care Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for taking guest and owner reservations, ensuring accurate entry of information in our system, and following company sales models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take guest and owner reservations and ensure accurate entry of information in the system.
- Assist guests on existing reservations.
- Respond to and follow up on inquiries.
- Communicate with guests over the phone and/or via email.
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner.
Guest Care:
- Respond to maintenance calls from guests.
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner.
- Handle guest and owner issues related to the cabins and their stay.
Physical Demands:
- Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
- Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
- Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
- Subject to internal and external environmental conditions.
