About the Role:

  • As a Retail Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with in-store management and acting as a liaison between our clients and management.
  • You will complete all work accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that our clients' needs are met.
  • You will work with a variety of in-store products, completing projects such as new item cut-ins, audits, stocking, inventory, and resets.
  • You will have the opportunity to set your own schedule for most projects, but will be required to arrive on a specific date at a set time for resets.
  • You will take photos and report your work on our company App.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent years of experience
  • Experience in retail, merchandising, and/or stocking
  • Problem-solving and service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to operate our company App on iOS or Android
  • Current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work alone or in a team environment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

Compensation:

Pay is based on project rates ranging from $14-$15 per hour. Depending on the complexity of the project and client allowances, the rate may be higher.
