Our client, a renowned luxury resort in Central Florida, is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join their culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the production, preparation, and presentation of food in a safe and sanitary work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the production of food to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to IHR/Franchise standards.
  • Monitor and control labor and food costs through scheduling, training, and supervising the production of food.
  • Perform any other duties required or requested by the Executive Chef.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-4 years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
  • Skills and Abilities: Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession, including experiential knowledge required for management of people and complex problems and food and beverage management.
