Job Overview

The COMHAR organization is seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join its team. This role will provide assistance with various human resource administrative functions, including benefit management, employee relations, and recruiting. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the human resources office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR department with general administrative duties, such as supply ordering, coordinating resources, and data entry.
  • Assist with and coordinate employee status changes, pay updates, I-9 reverification, audits, and other projects.
  • Process all status changes in the HRIS system and maintain personnel files.
  • Assist with new hire orientation, create employee identification badges, and update employee demographics.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative position, preferably in HR.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Estimated Salary Range:$45,760 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
