Insight Global is looking for a Quality Improvement & Accreditation Specialist to contribute to a client in New Orleans, LA. This position is pivotal in spearheading organizational initiatives aimed at enhancing and innovating public health operations within the health department. The role is crucial for elevating the department's quality of work and service delivery through ongoing enhancements of processes, programs, and interventions.

The selected candidate will be tasked with implementing a performance management framework, monitoring operational performance, and executing improvement strategies that promote greater efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction. Additionally, this role will function as the Accreditation Coordinator for the department, ensuring compliance with public health accreditation board (PHAB) standards.

Much of the work will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that improvements are practical and align with the organization's strategic goals. Through a continuous cycle of assessment and feedback, this position will uphold the organization's commitment to excellence and innovation, fostering a culture of ongoing improvement. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity following a hybrid work model.
