Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct group training sessions for clients, progressing to individualized training.
  • Guide group participants through structured workouts designed by our lead trainer.
  • Inspire and motivate clients to reach their fitness objectives.
  • Track and assess clients' progress, offering regular feedback and necessary adjustments to their fitness plans.
  • Ensure the safe and correct usage of all exercise equipment.
  • Perform light cleaning tasks to uphold a clean and sanitary training environment.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and training workshops.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive environment that fosters client engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in fitness coaching or a related field is advantageous.
  • Certification in fitness preferred.
  • Strong enthusiasm for health, fitness, and assisting others in achieving their goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Dedication to maintaining a tidy and organized training area.
