- Resource Optimization: Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing resource allocation and minimizing operational expenses.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a General Manager, especially in franchise and startup environments.
- Proven ability to swiftly evaluate and enhance business operations.
- Strong expertise in developing and implementing SOPs.
- Exceptional workforce management capabilities, including staffing, development, and performance oversight.
- Self-driven, with the capacity to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
- Ability to advance initiatives and projects to successful completion efficiently.
- Willingness to travel to various site locations as necessary.

Compensation & Benefits:
