Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Sunnyside Operations LLC. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and post monthly nursing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding scheduling issues and prepare written correspondence as needed.
  • Collaborate with nursing department supervisors to address staffing and scheduling needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee performance, tardiness, and absenteeism.
  • Work with Human Resources and Director of Nursing Services to schedule modified work duty employees.
  • Update nursing department employee records and maintain certifications and licenses.
  • Communicate with Unit Managers to facilitate quality orientation programs.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
