Customer Success Manager

At Instructure, we're committed to empowering educators and learners to achieve their full potential. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our K-12 clients get the most out of our Instructure Learning Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the customer experience for all K-12 clients within your territory
  • Collaborate with Sales and Renewals to increase market share from existing account base and new business opportunities
  • Act as liaison between the customer and Instructure, understanding their vision and goals with the platform
  • Accountable for CSAT and working closely with Sales and Renewals to achieve NRR targets
Requirements:
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 4+ years Account Management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Capacity to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion
  • Strong team mentality, utilizing internal and external resources strategically and judiciously
  • Customer-facing background within the software industry
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and seek solutions
  • K-12 Education experience and knowledge preferred

$80,000 - $96,000 a year

On Target Earnings (OTE) for this position is based on base salary plus a 20% variable comp.
