Cabincrewhiring is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Attendant Instructor to join our team. As a Flight Attendant Instructor, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and instructing in-flight training programs for our flight attendants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement in-flight training programs, including initial and recurrent training
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records
  • Schedule and conduct Observation Evaluations (OEs) and line checks
  • Develop and implement catering and liquor guidelines
  • Revise applicable manuals as necessary to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Stay current on industry developments and trends to ensure our in-flight programs remain relevant and effective
  • Implement and enforce appearance and dress standards
  • Assist with discipline and other duties as assigned by the Director of Inflight and the Manager of Inflight Training

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the airline industry, preferably in a training or management role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
  • Previous experience in management, training, or flight attendant roles is preferred
  • Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis, IN
