We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our Maintenance Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist and support the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and instructing maintenance personnel to prioritize work tasks.
- Provide technical support for new installations or modifications, including schematics for existing machinery.
- Specify hardware, hydraulics, or pneumatics needed for new installations or modifications.
- Act as a liaison to other departments and/or vendors, serving as the main point of contact and coordinator for maintenance-related contractors.
- Expedite repairs and coordinate communications with operating departments and contractors as needed.
- Broad knowledge of general maintenance operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to direct people.
- Experience in training and problem-solving.
$25.00 to $38.00 per hour.
