Maintenance Lead Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our Maintenance Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and support the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and instructing maintenance personnel to prioritize work tasks.
  • Provide technical support for new installations or modifications, including schematics for existing machinery.
  • Specify hardware, hydraulics, or pneumatics needed for new installations or modifications.
  • Act as a liaison to other departments and/or vendors, serving as the main point of contact and coordinator for maintenance-related contractors.
  • Expedite repairs and coordinate communications with operating departments and contractors as needed.
Requirements:
  • Broad knowledge of general maintenance operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to direct people.
  • Experience in training and problem-solving.
Compensation:

$25.00 to $38.00 per hour.
