We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented CEO Support Specialist to join our team at First Management, Inc.

About the Position

This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Open, read, sort, distribute, and respond to incoming mail and emails
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure timely distribution of sporting event tickets
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Provide support with gift procurement and family/client events
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle private information discreetly
