Kettering Health Hamilton, formerly Fort Hamilton Hospital, has been serving the Hamilton community for over 90 years. We lead the way to better health in the Butler County area, serving patients from Fairfield, Oxford, Cincinnati, Middletown, and surrounding communities. Our hospital offers a range of services, including maternity, emergency care, advanced wound healing, and outpatient services.

Responsibilities and Requirements

The Director of Quality and Patient Safety will provide leadership presence for Network Clinical Quality across KHN, ensuring the delivery of the right care to the right patient at the right time. This role will act as an advocate for safe and timely care, with accountability for integrating services that facilitate One Best Practice. The Director will provide leadership direction for quality leaders across KHN, oversee Population Health related to Quality Metrics, and be responsible for the Quality Programs related to Ambulatory Care, Inpatient, and Outpatient metrics.

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Related Field

Required Licenses

  • Registered Nurse
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of Ohio

Minimum Work Experience

  • Five (5) years of progressive supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership and management skills

Required Skills

  • Certified Professional of Healthcare Quality – required or must be willing to obtain within 3 years
  • Maintains competencies & skills of specialty area of practice Ability to communicate effectively, written and oral
