Quality Management Systems Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Management Systems Director to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, with experience in developing and implementing quality programs, processes, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide oversight and guidance on quality programs, processes, and procedures.
- Lead audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings with auditing groups and inspectors.
- Collaborate with operating entities to provide process analyses oversight and enforce requirements.
- Develop and maintain quality system manuals and documentation.
- Lead the QMS document control process and system.
- Provide input on quality control procedures and R&D documentation.
- Manage and maintain quality software suite functionality.
- Function as the official FOS/EDI Management Representative for AS9100.
Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field and minimum of 9 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years prior related experience. In lieu of degree, minimum of 13 years prior related experience.
Experience developing deploying and sustaining quality systems within Aerospace manufacturing industry
Quality Systems Lead auditor experience
Minimum of 5 years working in an ISO 9001/AS9100 manufacturing environment.
Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with regular use of Microsoft Office Suite applications
This facility requires U.S. Citizenship
Preferred Additional Skills:
ASQ Lead Auditor Certification preferred
Management/Supervisory experience
