Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business and product portfolio strategies, managing new and existing products to drive business value through emerging capabilities.
  • Collaborate with development teams, business leaders, and end-users to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
  • Guide the success of products and lead cross-functional teams to improve capabilities within the platform.
  • Define product features, collaborate with technical and process teams, and ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and optimize service delivery.
  • Lead teams responsible for translating concepts or designs into new or improved products, or experiences, and recognize, anticipate, and resolve complex operational and process problems that arise.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in product management or similar experience working as a technical product manager.
  • Experience gathering product requirements that translate into the creation of product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
  • Systems thinking and creative problem-solving approach that considers alternative solutions to utilizing the platform for business value.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence without authority at all levels of the organization.
  • ServiceNow/ITSM experience preferred.
