Job Overview: This role is responsible for facilitating safe and efficient access to parking facilities at the venue while ensuring an organized and secure environment. The Parking Operations Specialist will adeptly manage vehicle parking by utilizing available spaces effectively. Additionally, this position involves enforcing parking regulations and delivering exceptional customer service to all attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and adhere to the designated traffic and parking patterns for the venue
  • Ensure vehicles are parked in the correct designated areas
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure safe and efficient vehicle parking
  • Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor towards all guests
  • Enforce established parking policies and procedures
  • Remain vigilant and aware of the surroundings
  • Assist guests in need of first aid, transportation, or other support
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to stand for extended periods, potentially exceeding 3 hours
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
  • Familiarity with baseball is advantageous
  • Exhibit a professional and customer-focused attitude
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Capable of working in a high-noise environment
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
  • Comfortable walking throughout the facility to access various areas
  • Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
