Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Front Desk and Track Crew Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a fun and safe experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Check-in guests for mini-golf and go-karts, provide arcade ticket redemption, and sell and serve drinks.
  • Party Coordination: Book parties in person and over the phone, attend to party room needs during birthday and corporate parties.
  • Go-Kart Operations: Lead customers through go-kart briefing, marshal go-kart races, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform cleaning duties at the start, throughout, and end of your shift to maintain a clean and safe environment.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $15.00 per hour, plus tips.
  • Supplemental Pay: Tips and other forms of supplemental pay.
  • Education: High school or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience: Customer Service experience (1 year preferred).
