Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Check-in guests for mini-golf and go-karts, provide arcade ticket redemption, and sell and serve drinks.
- Party Coordination: Book parties in person and over the phone, attend to party room needs during birthday and corporate parties.
- Go-Kart Operations: Lead customers through go-kart briefing, marshal go-kart races, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform cleaning duties at the start, throughout, and end of your shift to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Uniqueness and Passion: Demonstrate a unique and passionate approach to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Energy and Enthusiasm: Show energy, enthusiasm, and positivity in all interactions with guests and team members.
- Communication and Time Management: Possess excellent communication, time management, and organization skills to ensure seamless execution of duties.

- Competitive Salary: $15.00 per hour, plus tips.
- Supplemental Pay: Tips and other forms of supplemental pay.
- Education: High school or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience: Customer Service experience (1 year preferred).
