Job Description
As a Clinical Care Specialist at UMass Memorial Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with prescribers to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Grade N04: Acute Care LPN with a current license in the state of Massachusetts
* Previous clinical experience working with substance abuse and mental health
* Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and contribute to team objectives
* Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
* Current valid US-issued driver's license and ability to provide registered, inspected, and insured automobile for work-related purposes
