About the Role

UMass Memorial Health Care is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care on the night shift.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and manage direct patient care using the nursing process and adhering to hospital standards.
  • Maintain a caseload according to unit guidelines and established standards of practice.
  • Utilize positive customer service skills when communicating with patients and their families.
  • Serve as a patient advocate and implement interventions consistent with hospital standards of practice.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (BSN) in Nursing preferred.
  • Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse License required.
  • Certification in a nursing specialty desired.
