Job OverviewAs a Business Development Representative with Brian Burklow - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs. You will market appropriate products and services, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. This includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. You will maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive a salary plus commission/bonus, paid time off, valuable experience, and growth potential/Opportunity for advancement in my agency. Responsibilities
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
