- 2 years of IT business analysis experience.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
- Experience with government business.
- Knowledge of procedures for supported business units.
