As a Carpenter Helper at Heico Construction Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring project success and customer satisfaction. With a focus on craftsmanship and attention to detail, you will assist experienced tradespeople in various aspects of carpentry work.

About the Job
  • Assist skilled craftsmen in constructing, fabricating, installing, and dismantling form work made of metal, wood, and other materials.
  • Work independently, reading and interpreting instructions with guidance from a qualified journeyman.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have excellent physical abilities, including constant standing, walking, reaching, crawling, balancing, and grasping. Regular lifting, carrying, climbing, stooping/crouching, and kneeling are also required.

  • All aspects of vision are critical – acuity, depth perception, and field of vision.
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with supervisors and coworkers.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience. Additional benefits include inclusive medical, dental, vision, accident, disability, and illness insurance, company-paid life insurance, and a health savings account contribution of up to $1,000 per year.
