About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers on Sherwin-Williams products.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and inventory control.
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and maintaining store appearance.
  • Participate in sales promotions and events, driving sales growth and increasing customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
