Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display maintenance to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and at least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
