Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to patrons, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle cash transactions, including processing sales, counting change, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with inventory control, including completing required inventory sheets and maintaining accurate records.
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility, including daily and continuous cleaning of the cashier booth, surrounding areas, and lock rooms.
  • Enforce all rules and regulations with patrons, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Assist with daily park operations, including slide dispatching and helping with facility upkeep.
  • Comply with City of Troy and County regulations and policies, as well as Troymi's standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age 16 years - preferred
  • Responsible, courteous, good communication skills, accurate cash handling skills, good work ethic, and ability to work without close supervision
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen (including marijuana)

Compensation:

Work hours are determined by pool operation hours

Starting salary: $10/HR
