Job Title: Cashier/Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashier/Receptionist to join our team at Suburban Exotics, a leading dealership in the automotive industry. As a Cashier/Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Process cash transactions, handle payments, and reconcile cash office accounts.
  • Manage warranty claims, service department billing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist the Service Manager, Office Manager, and General Manager with various clerical duties.
  • Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks and assist with document submission for manufacturer requirements.
Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
