Occupational Therapy Assistant Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Penn State Health. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting in the planning and administering of various occupational therapy programs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of occupational therapy programs for patients with various physical and cognitive disabilities.
- Work closely with occupational therapists to provide high-quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of occupational therapists, using a variety of techniques and modalities.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association-approved curriculum required.
