Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Penn State Health. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will assist in the planning and administering of various occupational therapy programs. You will work closely with our occupational therapists to provide individualized care to patients and help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

Assist occupational therapists in the planning and administering of occupational therapy programs
Provide individualized care to patients, including assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring
Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement treatment plans
Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association approved curriculum
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
