Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide assistance and strategies to individuals with complex needs to help them live well in their community and environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to help participants achieve their goals and live independently.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of clinical staff and supportive supervisors to ensure high-quality care and services.
- Assist participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and support them in participating in community activities.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to participants, and help them build meaningful relationships with others.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and time-management skills.
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
