Role Overview:
The Lead Security Supervisor is accountable for ensuring the safety and protection of guests, staff, and company assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol the premises, including the hotel, casino, and outdoor areas, to identify potential disturbances, unlawful activities, or safety risks, and take necessary actions.
- Oversee the security of all access keys.
- Ensure that all relevant log entries are recorded accurately and completely; review all Employee Accident and Incident Reports submitted.
- Support security personnel with their assigned tasks as needed.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management.
Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must fulfill the criteria of a Security Officer.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift.
- Other physical requirements include, but are not limited to: lifting, reaching, kneeling, bending, and engaging in moderate to strenuous physical activities.
- Preferred: Six (6) months of experience in casino security or a similar field in a supervisory role.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
