Role Overview:

The Lead Security Supervisor is accountable for ensuring the safety and protection of guests, staff, and company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol the premises, including the hotel, casino, and outdoor areas, to identify potential disturbances, unlawful activities, or safety risks, and take necessary actions.
  • Oversee the security of all access keys.
  • Ensure that all relevant log entries are recorded accurately and completely; review all Employee Accident and Incident Reports submitted.
  • Support security personnel with their assigned tasks as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Position Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must fulfill the criteria of a Security Officer.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift.
  • Other physical requirements include, but are not limited to: lifting, reaching, kneeling, bending, and engaging in moderate to strenuous physical activities.
  • Preferred: Six (6) months of experience in casino security or a similar field in a supervisory role.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
