Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize patient care and staff performance.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
- Professional certification in a clinical or leadership specialty within two years of hire.
- Three to five years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an acute care setting.
- One year of direct supervision experience in a healthcare setting.
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field within five years of hire.
- Two years of nursing leadership experience.
