Job Description:

Our esteemed client is seeking an experienced Trust & Estates Administration Attorney to join their estate and trust administration team in their Denver office. They're looking for a dedicated and energetic individual with in-depth knowledge of estate and trust administration and a portable book of business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about client service and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
  • Provide strategic counsel on wills, trusts, tax planning, and asset protection.
  • Manage and grow client relationships, delivering top-tier legal services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior attorneys and staff in developing their practice and expertise.

Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Colorado.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in estate and trust administration required.
  • Portable book of business $250k+.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Portable book of business preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $115,000 to $200,000, depending on experience and book of business.
